Small rewards

At the end of every writing project, I usually spoil myself with small rewards to celebrate. Often it’s a day out, sometimes a dinner with the family or breakfast with my hubby. Most often its to binge watch a full season of a fav TV show. The Crossing was a big hit with me and I could watch it again soon. I devoured Sex Education (featuring excellent acting from Gillian Anderson) twice already this year. I’m still behind with Lucifer but Billions too. I have them to look forward to as soon as I hit my next milestone in writing. I’ve hit a lot lot of those small goals this year, but none will be sweeter than finishing off Lord of Sin and sharing with you dear reader.

Lord Julian Wade waited too long to claim the heart of Portia Hayes, and now his chance may be lost to his greatest nemesis. But there’s hope yet, when Portia, duty-bound to marry well, learns prestige comes at too steep a price.

I loved loved loved writing this romance. It’s always fun to write heroes in the Distinguished Rogues regency world and Lord Wade has been around since book 1–Chills. At the time I never meant to write him a HEA, but he complained, loudly in Married by Moonlight that he’s changed, and he’s definitely grown on me over the years since I started writing this series. I just couldn’t say no to him anymore.

You can read the longer blurb on the book page and follow the links to purchase there too. I’d also appreciate your review on Goodreads.

The paperback edition coming very soon.

It’s the Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend for me and it looks like we’re doing some minor renovations. Time to break out the paint brushes and drop sheets.

Hope you have a good weekend!
